Our Cakes
Our cakes are made with fresh and premium ingredients. We use sponge cake and fresh cream as our signature cake, we use 'Korean cake style" for our creation.Korean cakes, often known as "baekseolgi" (steamed white cake) or "chiffon cake," have a light and fluffy texture, usually made with simple ingredients like flour, sugar, eggs, and milk. They often feature subtle flavors such as vanilla, green tea, or sweetened red bean.Decorative styles can range from minimalist to elaborate, often showcasing fresh fruits, whipped cream, or intricate designs using frosting. A popular variety is the "flower cake," where the cake is adorned with beautifully piped buttercream flowers, making it visually stunning for special occasions like birthdays and weddings.Korean cakes often have a delightful sweetness that isn’t overwhelming, making them perfect for pairing with tea or coffee.
